SELF SERVICE DOG WASH
Tonight I went to the local ballpark (Camp Jordan ) to watch the
7 and 8 yr old play ball . Well after the ballgame this lady was talking to me an d
my aunt and handed a me a card for a new place that is open in East Ridge
a self service dog wash
now this just sounded so funny to me all I could think about was putting a
dog on a belt and sending him/her thru the wash like you would a car , in
goes a dirty dog and out comes a nice clean happy one . But that is not the
case , this place has the tubs, water, shampoo and everything needed to make
you family member very happy and clean. The price is very reasonable or it
seems like it to me , $14 for a large dog includes the tub, water , shampoo,
shammi towel , and even a brush . I don't personally own a dog but I do
know that sounds like a great deal for all the stuff to bath your dog. I hope
my friend reads this and take Diesel to try out the self-service dog wash . Oh
and make sure and let me know what Diesel thinks about it .

ANOTHER NEW FIND
Today I received my first order from Vista Print. This company offers
all sorts of personlized items like sticky notes, ink pens, business cards,
return labels and other stuff along that line .Well today my first order came
in and I must say I am so happy with my products . So if you need some
personal stationery items why not try them out. Everything I got today was
free and I only had to pay the shipping cost which was actually cheap
to me . And the best thing is that they accept paypal.

EARLY BIRTHDAY GIFT .
Oh I have to show you my early birthday gift I received . I will be turning the
big 40 in a few days and a couple days ago I got an early birthday gift .

PROJECT COMPLETED
Some of you may or may not know but I have taken up a new hobby of
hand quilting. I have completed several quilts for friends, to give as gifts
and just for fun . I have been using a small frame made from PVC pipe
well while looking on the internet I saw a larger one that sits on the floor
and has a extra large quilting area. Well good lord the want 80.00 plus
dollars for one , not worth that for sure . So while I had a few days off
I decided to create my own frame from PVC pipe , I mean it seemed
easy enough to do . So today I took off to Lowe's to see what they had to
use to make just what I had in mind , well after searching thru the PVC
pipe and actually came across everything I needed to create my new larger
PVC quilting frame .
These are not the best photos in the world but maybe you can tell a little bit about it . So now I will be able to complete my quilts quicker or at least that is my story and I am sticking to it ...

UPDATED
Today I thought I would give my blog an updated look . So I picked out some
by uplifting colors that I thought might give me an energy boost . And I must
say that the bright pink just makes me feel happy all over so I guess that
was a good thing or at least I think it was . Hope you guys enjoy the new

ANOTHER NEW THING
I have to admit I am not a very smart computer person , I mean yes I
can surf the net and do a few other things but I am for sure a techinal
challenged person. But this week I decided to use a new way of shopping
so I turned to Ebay One reason
being that my friend Sabrina always seems to find some really great
things on there at really great prices. So I started looking over it and
found some really cute polka dot flip-flop and was even able to pay
using my Paypal account which is another new things I have started
using . Now I have several itemsI am watching ( that is a neat idea
to me.) And hoping that I am able to win them . One of them is a
really cute Vera Bradley mini wallet. So wish me lots of luck on
winning it . Oh and the other reason being that instead of going out to the
mall and making hasty decision on something Ebay gives me the chance
to stop and think about what I am buying so in the long run I bet I save a
dollar or maybe 2. Except on clothes have to go out and try that stuff on and
see in person.

SUMMERTIME THOUGHTS
Now that I have found out that folks are getting an extra tax refund back
this year , my thoughts have turned to a summer vacation . I would love
to be able for my son and a who knows a special someone to be
able to take a trip to Florida or Savannah or somewhere like that but
I think I have been extra spoiled by not wanted to stay in a hotel , I
like to have the option of having more of a home type environment .
So the thought comes to mind to check into Orlando Vacation Home
When you take advantage of a vacation home you get the chance to
be able to do what you want and not necessarly have to worry about how
much noise you make. Of course the bad part is that sometimes you are
expected to cook , not something I plan on doing much at home and for
sure now while I am on vacation . So now I guess I need to go and
plan me a trip for Florida and start working on finding the special
someone to take along with me .

NEW BAG \GREAT DEALS
Today myself , my son and my friend Sabrina made a short trip
to Cleveland , Tn the main reason was to go and look at a puppy that
I might be getting for my son. But after checking out the puppy we decided to
go over to Jewerly and Handbag Warehouse
Mainly we were only going to go in and check things out , well to my
surprise they
had the cutest bag and matching wallet. The bag was fabric and covered in
flip-flops , well anyone that knows me knows I can't pass up anythng that
has flip-flops on it . I have flip-flops all over my house , you can say I just
flip over them . So of course I got the purse and wallet , you just
have to see how cute it is .
Well after the purse we headed over to check out the flowers , Sab is
getting hitched in August and she found some of the cutest flowers to
use for her bridesmaid's bouquets . And what a deal she got on them ,too .
So even though we didn't come home with a new family member we did
come home with some pretty goods deal so the trip was not a total flop .

CELEBRITIES AND BABIES
Congras to J Lo and Marc on the grand entrance of their twins , girl
and boy . Now the question is who is going to get to collect the lottery
for the first baby pics? I can't believe that folks are willing to offer pics
of their newborns for millions of dollars. I heard that pictures of J Lo's
twins were to be worth a whopping 3 million for the first photos of the
babies. I mean lord only know how much those pics of Brit with her
two boys are worth far from several mil but of course these
days those shots are few and far between and all we get is Brit
running around without any undies. I mean I would much rather
see her 2 boys . I honestly love to see baby pics mainly just to see
who the baby takes after and what features they got from which parent.
Of course in my case I can only see me in my son , thank the good
lord for that .
I just wish the best for J Lo and Marc and those precious
new babies .
PS I can't wait to see them in the pictures .

FAVORITE ITEM TO SHOP FOR
I have to admit that I seem to have an addiction to purses \handbags .
I love them all shapes, colors and sizes. I love to purchase
designer handbags
I personal own a couple of designer bags and am looking forward to
being able to get lots more . A male friend of mine once told me that
a man can never have to many tools , well I think that a woman can
ever have too many handbags or shoes to match .
I think I might have to start my purse addiction group , cause I know I
have at least a few friends who own just as many if not more handbags
then I do.
I must say that I didn't inherit my love of handbags cause my mother is one
of those folks who will carry the same bag until it basically falls apart
and she only buy one maybe a year if then . I have even tried to bring her
around to my way of thinking but it doesn't seem to work that well .
So as another saying I once heard if the bag is nice buy it in every color.

NEW CAR
I have been thinking about getting me a new car but the car dealers
around town just don't want to trade with me for what my car is worth ,
or the don't seem to want to accept cash and giving a discount as well .
Car Prices are so crazy these
days I am not sure how folks afford them at all . I am the type of
person who finds a car and then likes to bargain with the saleman
until he comes to my way of thinking . Who knows one day I
might telling you about my new car .

NEW ADVENTURE
I had a new adventure I have moved into the new century
and became a wireless net surfer with a laptop . I must say
this is a fun and exciting way of doing things . I had never
used a laptop until a few days ago and must say I think
I like this thing . So now that I am able to sit on the couch
watch my soap operas (which I tape one daily)and type away
there is not telling how many entries I will be able to do a
day .
Also hope everyone went out voted whether you voted
for the reps or the dems as long as you voted that is the most
important thing you can do for your country.

Have you ever lost your glasses ? Or just wished you had more then one pair
but don't want to have to pay the outragous price for the spare pair .

WHY NOT SURVEY FOLKS
Have you ever wondering or given thought to what other folks think?
I mean what if you wanted to do how many folks prefer strawberry ice
cream instead of chocolate . Well I have a simple and quick fix for
that what not take a survey or place a myspace polls. There are all sorts of
things that you can get answer to from using a simple poll . So
why not post one on your blog. You never know the next time you

GREAT TRIP
Have you ever thought about taking a trip to see the finest cowboys?
Well I would love to be able to attend the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo
In Las Vegas , Nevada. I think being able to see the cowboys ride those
bulls would be the greatest rush in the world . I love to attend the smaller
rodeos they have around the Chattanooga area. But to be able to attend
a big event would just be wonderful . I will for sure be checking into how to
get NFR Tickets. Not only would be great to see the light of Las Vegas
but to bet here with tons of cowboys in tight fitting jeans , now that is the
way to spend a nice vacation .
I have watched the big rodeo events on television but to be live and in person
would be so much better . I mean to actually be able to smell the horses and
bulls would be great . And I would have so much watching the clowns perform
as they are protecting the cowboys . So why not join me in the big city of
Las Vegas for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo I am sure it will be a
Yee-Haw of a good time .

MY JOB
I have been working in the trucking industry for over 15 years and
have learned lots about freight companies both large and small . We are a intermodal
company which means we haul containers from the railroad instead
of being an over the road hauler , heavy equipment. We use 48 or 53
foot boxes where there are lots of companies who use gooseneck
trailers, flatbeds or the many others type trailers that are used these
days for freight. Also I have heard about many other company who
travel into Mexico , personally we are a intermodal/ over the road
company who only travels in 48 states with terminals all over the
United States. We are also a logistics company .

WHAT MAKES A MAN LOOK GOOD .
Have you ever thought about getting the man in your life jewelry ?
Well to me I personally think that a man wearing some jewelry is a very big
turn on . I mean a nice chain ,tateossian braceletsbracelet, or
even something as simple as a pair of cuff links . I am not totally sure
why it is a turn on to me probably because I myself love to wear jewelry
of any kind rings are my favorite and of course I love the necklaces as
well. Must be a family trait , cause I have several aunts that are the
same way , we never take off our jewelry ,personally I feel lost without it .
So with the love holiday coming soon you might want to think about
getting that special someone in your life something simple like a bracelet ,
and who know you might just get a really special thank you in return .

PURSE AND ORGANIZATION
I have to admit I am a purse person , I love them .I must own about 100
and they are all sizes and brands but the only problem I seem to
have is finding one that I can keep all of my belongings organize and be
able find my keys easily. Well I have found something on a commercial
and it appears to me that it is just what I could use to be able to
locate all of the things I need to get a Buxton Bag This is thing is
great has a place to put everything and it will even
hold a water bottle along with the umbrella for those unexpected rainy
days . And it comes in three great colors including my favorite red, and
you can receive it for a great low price .

BRITNEY, BRITNEY ,BRITNEY
I have heard so much about Britney Spears lately that it makes by belly
hurts from what I can see all she wants is for everyone to see her
no matter what she is doing and wants tons of attention . And the main
ones that are suffereing are those baby boys that it appears to could
care less about , it is all about her . I think those boys need to stay
right where they are and hope the K fed actually does right by them
and takes care of them . Personally I think there is going to be a very
bad outcome from all of these , in my opinion I feel like Britney is going
to end up like Anna Nicole if she doesn't get the help she needs and
change her life around for the better.
She needs to think just about how lucky she really is to have to wonderful
little boys , I know alot of people who would love to have kids to love and
cherious and she just don't give a crap about them .
So Brit go and get the help you really need before you end of hurting
yourself or those precious boys.

WISHFUL THINKING
Now is the time to start thinking about the snow starting to melt and
the warmer weather coming around cause before we know it Summer
and vacations will be here . So if I happen to come across a really
great guy who might just want to have an extra dependent for awhile
sure would nice if they wanted to take a Hawaii travel cruise
cause personally I have always thought about taking a cruise with or without
a "roommate" . So even if that great guy doesn't come along , you might
be reading this blog one day and hear me say BON VOYAGE, I WILL

STRANGE FACTS ABOUT AUTHOR
Here is a secret little something about the author of the blog she
loves to attend rod runs. And one of her favorite cars is a
volkswagon beetle (doodlebug) , there is even a really old convertible
beetle in the garage that we hope to be able to restore but the only
problems seems to be finding the parts we need , and it needs tons of
them . So now we have the fun time of looking for Beetle restoration
parts . We need everything from wheels to seats and eveything in between
my son has already named the car the most common name for a beetle
which is HERBIE . So now is the BIG task of getting everything we need and
making the car another part of the family . We us luck and maybe one day
you will see out putting around with the top down in HERBIE .

NEW YEAR GOALS
Now that 2008 has offically started I now can get busy on making my
goals for the new year come true. One of the big one was to learn to
save money for a vacation later on in the year . And one way I have found to
do that is when I replace my and
buy Hewlett Packard ink cartridges cause that is
one of the biggest way to save quite a bit of money Also I found
some great
coupons to use when I print out all of those wonderful Christmas
pictures I took of the whole family. But then there is always the problems
I have troubleshooting Because I always seem to have
some type of issue when I want to do something cute to my pictures , so
it is great to have somewhere to go and find help .

COMPUTER BRAINLESS
Ok so I know I have been able to create a blog and hopefully even write
somethings that might be interesting to someone . But there are lots of time
I personally needs tons of computer troubleshooting
and my friends are not around to help me out so I will for sure be checking
into getting some help and paying for the professional help does not even
bother me at all cause I know I will be able to the get the help I need and
it will be an affordable amount to get my computer up and going again so I
can get back to having some hopefully exciting posts.

TRUCKING LIFE
Just a little more about the author of this blog I am employed in the
trucking industry I work with owner ops and also deal with
brokers ( which we refer to as third party ). Now I am not totally
sure about everything that the brokers do is to get the freight but I would
think they have to have some freight broker agent training. You get the frieght /load information the brokers and then pass in on to the driver/owner ops . Then we are paid from the broker/
third party . We have brokers in all different areas of the United States anywhere from Ohio,California, and even some in the Canada area . They find
the frieght and then we take care of the hauling and delivering part.
Personally I think I might like to learn all about how a broker works ,
you never know when it might come in handy for one reason or another.

CUTE COVER
Ok so the title sounds a little strange but it just gets right to the point of
what I want , a cute cover/case for my new cell phone. I would love to
have some cell phone accessories to go with my new phone and also a great case to put my
cute pink bluetooth in when I am not all hands free. I am a girl who loves to have things to match so I think a great pink case for my phone and a
cute pink case to keep my bluetooth in would just hit the spot for me
so I think I need to do some sweet talking to Santa and tell him
that I have extra good this year so he can get me some great
pink accessories for my phone , bluetooth and maybe even a
good pink camera case to match .
So all that is left to say is SANTA BABY I HAVE REALLY BEEN GOOD THIS YEAR !!!!!!!!!!

MESSED UP STORY
I was checking at the news stories today and came across one that is
totally out there . It involves a mall Santa and a woman on crutches ,
the Santa claims he was groped by the woman .
I really had a hard time believing that this would happen anywhere , I mean
the Santa was a 65 year old man .
Now after checking out the above story the next thing I read is about
Britney's little sister being prego, she is only 16 OMG!!!!!!! What is this like
big sis like little sis , hope Jamie Lynn turns out to be a better mom then her
sister is.

CHRSITMAS TIMES A COMING...
Well it is offical now that a very very lite amount of snow okay maybe
just a couple of flakes have fallen in Chattown. So with only 9 days left
I have managed to complete my shopping list, finally . Even was able to get
most things at a bargain . The next task to complete is getting everything
wrapped up in paper and ribbons and bows. Then make sure everything
gets to my son's school for the annual end of the year party. And hopefully
all in one piece as well . Then there is a short week for me at work cause
my mom is getting ready to have surgery on Wednesday ,hopefully this will
get her bonic knee repaired .
So now I have off to my my paper , tape and all the pretty ribbons and bows
or and to make sure my son doesn't appear while I am wrapping all the
goodies .

NEW IDEA
Ok so you have all read about how I seem to have trouble finding a nice
man to have in my life .Well after doing some checking and a lot of
thinking I might give up on the old fashion way of looking and step into the
new age of online dating . I think it could be possible for me to
meet successful single men and gorgeous women with an online matchmaking service
Who knows by this time next year you might be reading all about this
wonderful new person that has become part of my life .
After all of the research I have completed on services and with all of
the great choices
which even Dr Phil says they are a great way to meet folks and everyone

SPRING CHRISTMAS WEATHER
The last few days I have lost my spirit of the season mostly because of the
weather in Chattanooga , I mean you are not suppose to be able to wear
shorts and flip-flops( my very favorite thing) 14 days before Christmas , that is
just not right . I mean it has been in the upper 70s for several days , now
tell me how anyone can be in the Christmas mood while you are sweating
like crazy. Then when I looked at the weather report today they were talking
about a snow shower over the weekend and the high only being in the 40s .
Lord knows we are all going to be sick as a dog for Christmas as this rate .
So until the weather decides what is wants to do you might as well put on
a sweater with shorts and one flip-flop and one winter boot just so you will be
dressed correctly for the weather in the wonderful town of CHATTANOOGA.

SPENDING AT THE HOLIDAY TIME
Since I have been out doing lots of Christmas shopping I have
noticed that several of the people have been using credit cards to do all
of their holiday shopping me personally I have been trying to pay with
cash to avoid getting those wonderful bills at the beginning of the new
year , I mean being is debt is not the way I want to start the new
year out , considering I now have a house payment and all the bills that
goes with being a home owner . But I just wonder how the other folks
will pay off all those charges when the bills start to appear . I can only
imagine that several of them will be doing balance transfers
Which to me only causes you to be more in debt just at a later time.
Now don't get me wrong I have been known to use charge cards and use them
quite often but now that I have gone in debt for a house I have learned my
lesson and will try to make it without the use of cards and without using
credit cards even on with 0% credit card interest rate So to all
of you out there who choice is to use credit I hope you all the best in
the new year and shopping . And hope that all of you don't have to
mortage your house just to pay off credit cards.

FAMILY JOBS
Just wanted to brag a little on my uncle who is a firefighter in
Norfolk, Va . He works with the airport fire dept , which in my opinion
is something that requires lots of hard work and tons of
firefighter training A
few months ago we went to visit him and he took us all around the
fire hall and showed us all the engines and the special equipment that
is needed to locate people when there is smoke and a extense amount of
heat , I found the whole experience to be very educational . Then he let
me try on all of his equipment and I quickly decided that is not something
I would be able to do the tank, boots, hat and jacket weigh alot and I was
not able to move after being fitted with
all the equipment . So I will leave the firefighting to my very brave uncle.

CHRISTMAS SHOPPING IDEAS
I have some folks at my work that has been asking about
electronic gadget that they can get for their family members for
Christmas .. I have suggested IPODS, digital cameras, and to
really impress their family we (the other people at my work too) told
them they should get a laptop computer . They seemed to really like
that idea but when asked what brand they should look at the only one
I would ever buy from now on is a
dell coupons I also told them that there is a place where you
can order online , no standing in a long line in the cold, receive coupons
and discounts , and the ease of ordering 24 hours a day 7 days a
week . Then I thought about getting myself on of those great new
HDTV . I think that would be great for my new living room since
that is one of the newer gadgets to come out and in the next couple years
you will have to one to be able to receive Cable TV.So now that you have
a few ideas for your love ones on Christmas sit back relax and enjoy the
comfort from home while you point and click and finsh up your list .

NEWS UPDATE
I am happy to say I live in East Ridge. Especially now that we are going to
get a new water park some time after the new year starts. They are looking
to have it completed by May 08. I hope to be able to get there several times
a year even if nothing else to float around in their lazy river, one of
my favorite things to do . And it is so close to my house only less than
a mile . Hopefullythey will offer some greats discounts for the residents
of East Ridge. May aunt has a pool at her house but it just seems like
a trouble to make myself get there but I hope being that Splash Valley
( suppose to be the name)is so close and it will cost to go I will be there
on a regular basis . So I just want to say WAY TO GO ! to the city
council in East Ridge, Tn.

GREAT HOBBY
Now with the Christmas season very near I will get to enjoy one of my
favorite hobbies , photography . I just received a new digital camera
as an early present . I wanted to replace my first camera with a new
compact one that has a higher megapixel . So I choose to get a Kodak
Easy Share MD853 it goes with the photo printer I already have so I will be
getting lots of photos of my family this holiday season.
Not only do I love my digital camera , but I also have a 35 MM. I know
you are thinking those are so outdated but I am so in love with the close
up shots I am able to get . Yes it is not as handy as the digital one which
I am carrying with me all the time.
Maybe if I was to hit the lottery I would choose to get a really nice
digital camera like a Canon or Minolta .
Wish I had this new camera when I was getting my house remodeled because
I think I missed alot of great shots of all the work that was done. But now I

NEW EXPERIENCE
As a new to the blogging world person I have been looking for a
new adventure , so to speak, something that teaches me all sorts of
interesting things. Also gives me a chance to broaden my horizons and
learn about many different offers and new products . After reading several
other blogs I disccovered a website that offer just that payperpost". I have
noticed there are lots of exciting offers, discounts and great ops to
learn about new products . Not only do you learn about new things
but you get to have the chance to extra extra money to be used for
shopping when you get a case of the blahs... Or use the extra money
to pay some bills off , that I aquired from all of my house remodeling
and also since I live out on my own , who doesn't need the extra dough
So after seeing all the great offers I decided to sign up for this
great opportunity. I am not just in it for the chance to extra money
but also to exercise my freedom to voice my opinion be it good or
bad. And hopefully improve my writing skills along with making tons
of new friends.

HALF OVER
Well I have made thru 2 of my events for the month . The carnival
has come and gone and I survived . Then today was my 31 party
and it has also come and went , of course it was not the success
that I had wished for . There were several folks that didn't make it
due to different reasons. But I am still hoping that those that missed
will still like to order some things. Even though I woke up not feeling
all that great today I managed to make 2 different types of Quiche,
a strawberry cheesecake , along with a salad . We had plenty of food
along with alot of leftovers .
Now if I can get over the heffalumps ( my son's new name for the
snuffles) I will be ready for this coming weekend and the banquet
for the drivers at work .That should be a fun time. And after that
comes Turkey Day and Black Friday ( my favorite time of year) I
am one that just loves to get up at the crack of dawn and fight
the crowds for a bargain. I have found a website the show the ads
for Black Friday so if

HALLOWEEN PART 2
Today is a stay at home night for me . My son does not like to go out and
do the trick or treating thing. He has never has really enjoyed the going out
thing ..We did go out when he was younger . but once he got older enough to
say he didn't want to go we have not been ,which is honestly does not bother
me at all . So to me it is just another day . Now if I happen to have some
trick or treater at the house then I just love to see the little ones all dressed
up. Usually I give the smaller ones a little extra bit of candy in their
bags. But what really bothers me is the older ones that go out I
totally disagree with that part. Personally I think once you get 12 or
13 you are to old to be out trick or treating. You should be attending
a party with friends or the great haunted housed that are all over the
Chattanooga area. So once again I hope all the little kiddies have a
great time out tonight and also hope they get tons of candy ..

your same name. Well today I discovered an interesting link that tells you
just that info . How your first and last name rank and also how many
other folks out there have the same name. So check out this to see

OPRAH
Today was another interesting show on Oprah . Today her guest were women
who in the past have had affairs or relations with married men . There were
several different women and one was still involved with a married man but
the other had seen moved on from the relationship. Now I must admit in my
much wilder days I actually had a relationship with a married man , and it actually lasted a couple of years , yes I know you are thinking what a bad
person I must be but it was not like that . I know now that is not a great choice
for someone to make but it does have an up side . First you don't have to clean
up after him , you don't have to cook for him and best of all you don't have to answer to anyone . You can go to dinner , have a great time together and then
you can go your seperate ways . Also he will also give very nice gifts and even help you out with money he just wants you to be a happy person . Mainly because he doesn't want his better\worse half to find out , But now that I have grown up become a lot wiser I realize what I did back then was a mistake and
I learned alot from my choices. But the show was very interesting and I could
relate to almost everything that was talked about today .I just wanted to share my thoughts on the show with you guys thanks for listening...

PROJECT COMPLETED
Ok so everyone knows I actually conquered my fear of the sewing
machine and completed 3 pillow \cushions for my porch swing . I
made them using 3 different materials and mixed the front and
back side of them and then added piping around the edges.
Check out the finshed photo of 2 of them . I am really proud of
myself for making them and personally I think I did a GREAT
JOB.

PROJECT
Ok I have decided I need some cushions\pillows for my porch swing to
make it looks better but mainly for the comfort factor. So tonight I
have gotten out the sewing machine and hopefully by sometime on
Sunday I will have a picture to post of the cushion I made for the
swing. Now the sewing machine is something that I have a gaint fear
of , not that I don't know how to use it I just don't like to use it . Mostly
I do any sewing by hand . So if all goes well and I still have 10 fingers
left by Sunday I will have new cushions for my swing and will hopefully
have conquered a fear . So wish me lots of luck and make sure and
check back to see if I am able to complete this adventure.

TELEVISION
Today I was watching Oprah and was totally shocked at her guests ....She had older women ( 60 +) talking about their sex life .Then were other women talking about the best\close friend they have you know the ones that comes
with the GREAT benefits . Now don't get me wrong I admire women that
keep an actve sex life,I hope when I get lots older I am able to have an active sex life as well .But the real shock was the end of the show she had a couple on there that had been married for 12 yrs with 2 kids and had an "open" marriage , the wife had a boyfriend. That is not something I could handle I have a jealous side about me and don't like sharing my boyfriend\husband with anyone. But this couple was just like it is not a big deal . The boyfriend was a family friend that spend time at their house and then him and the wife went off in the spare room and well you can figure out the rest ....There is no way I could let my husband do that and no way I could do that to my husband I mean what kind of commitment is that why bother to be married if you are going to do whatever with whoever.
I had a husband who thought it was ok to do whoever ( manager at McDonals's ) and that is so not cool. Would like to know if anyone else saw the show and if so what was your thoughts on it ...
Personally I like the idea of having a close friend with benefits. Been known to have one of those myself.

FIXED IT
Ok I have played around with my blog colors last night , this morning and this evening and I think with help I have finally gotten it just like I want it ..Might
still change a few of the colors but at this point I am really happy with the
result. I hope everyone out there like my color choice as much as I do and if not try to be a little nice about it.
At least the ugly blue is gone and HELLO color......

NEW PRODUCT
I made the weekly trip to Wal Mart last night mainly for 2 reasons . First because I had ran out of stuff but the other ones was just to be able to go
by and see the plane crash we had here in Chattanooga . The plane crash is a story for later.
But while going down the aisles in the store I ran across a new product or at least something new to me . Mayfield has started making ice cream to go along with the football teams in the southeast . Well they have one for both Alabama and Georgia ( its the same flavor ) Strawberry ice cream with chocolate covered pretzels .Well that is several of my favorites all in one , so of course I had to buy it ...And I must say YUMMY!!! So if you are a football fan and are looking for something to have at your next tailgate party or just want a great snack during the game go grab yourself a carton of Mayfield's BAMA BLAST .
And I hope you enjoy your as much as I am mine...Oh they also have a flavor for the TN VOLS, GA Bulldogs, and maybe even AU Tigers ( didn't see that one)

DALE JR
Today was a big day for the JR Nation ( dale Jr fans) . He announced his new car number and sponsorship for 2008. He will be driving for Hendricks Motorsports and will drive the #88 Mountain Dew, National Guard, AMP energy drink Chevrolet. The number 88 is a number that was on his grandfather car and is special to JR. The number was owned by Robert Yates who had retired the number but was willing to bring it out of retirement to allow Jr to use it because of the memories and what it had meant to his granddad. So let hope this number brings him lots of luck in 08 and let hope he makes the chase driving for Hendricks and being Gordon's teammate.

WEATHER
I must say I have greatly enjoyed the weather today even though the rain makes me extra sleepy. But I was glad to see the rain this morning when I
got out of bed , maybe my grass will grow a little bit (please not much) and
fill in the bare spots . Which is a result of all the work that has been done
on my house . Well hope everyone is as excited as I am about the rain..

NASCAR CHASE
Well for all the NASCAR fans out there we are at the final race before the
chase starts . At this point I like most of the folks in the points standing but tonight there are a couple of folks that I really will be hoping that they don't make the chase Kevin Harvick and Kurt Busch . If they could have a bad night not wanting them to get hurt just go out of the race very early so that would make way for Dale Jr.. Now don't get excited I am not a fan of Dale Jr but would like to see him make the chase this year . So for tonight and tonight only you will actually hear me say GO DALE ! right along side of GO TONY #20 !!!
my very favorite driver.Well engines are getting ready to start so I got to go but just remember GO TONY!!!!!!

I added some new links to my blog . One is for another blog that I read and greatly enjoy . This was part of the inspiration for me building my own blog . The other new link is sort of a strange one for me but it might be an interest to other readers out there and ok maybe one certain person would really like it . PROJECTS
Today I finished two projects I have been working for awhile first I had a chest that I wanted to paint to match my room so finally today I got it painted a
nice navy blue and will put the new knobs on it and hopefully get it moved back into the place it goes.
Second with the help of my friend I have gotten my blog where I think it should be ,personally I love it .Thanks so much for all the help Sab!!!!!!! Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do .
I hope I don't have anymore projects for awhile I am projected out . I recently completed my house . I took on a large adventure the end of last year but with lots of hard work I am now complete with it . I purchased a house in East Ridge
and remodeled it from top to bottom . I started with having a new foundation put in place , then all new sheetrock and finally after 8 months I got to move in to my new home and I am so happy and excited about it. But I am sure there will be more projects in the next few weeks cause I am always trying to make or do something new.

TECHINCAL CHALLENGE
Today was a big learning experience for me . I have tried to set up my blog with color and extras. And I must say I am sure I bugged the heck out of my friend she helped me so much . I am really very thankful for all her help. As you can see it has came a way but I think there is still work to be done. But if she doesn't shoot me or hang up on me then I think we can nip it in the bud .
Personally for a techincally challenged blonde I think it looks sort of good. And after the way my day has been I just hope this is spelled correctly . Forgive me if it is not .It is a blonde thing.
