NEW SCHOOL YEAR ...NEW ASSIGNMENTS

Time to blog about my son, his school and our new assignments. He is a fifth grader and
this week he got picked to be on the safety patrol, to him this is a major deal . He was so excited about getting to be a safety patrol dude ( what I call him) . Right now he is on lunch room patrol and also the bus duty . I asked him what that meant , his reply was I get to walk around alot and also hand the kids silverware if they need it during breakfast. But once they rotate he will get to either open car doors or hold the flags at the crosswalk ( this is what he really wants to do , mainly so he will be with his friends and outside.
Well then I received a phone call and was asked to serve on the PTA board . The strangest thing is the whole time he has been in the school I have never been asked to serve on the board until the last one, guess they wanted to use me before it is too late.
Anyway back to the new assignment , I attended the meeting today, I was asked to be the one that does the flyers, newsletter, and other forms they need typed up . Actually I was honored to be asked , and since I have some good computer skills or at least I think I have some good skills . Then I am the one they wanted to type of the forms and flyer, newletters all the goodies . Well we will see how that goes , wish me luck . Well I just wanted to share my new assignment for the fifth grade .

Customer Service disappointment

I just need to express my disappointment in the salemen at Capital Toyota , I went to
to check into purchasing a Toyota Camry. I had honestly done my homework and knew what my trade in was worth and also what the new Camry cost was so I had a figure in my head of what the amount I would be paying would be . Well after I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for a salesman ( which I had called earlier in the day ) . Then he finally got to me and I was at first very impressed with him , I thought this was a man I could deal with , boy was I wrong. Well he kept walking off while I was sitting at his desk , then he treated me like I didn't have a clue about things ( like I was a very dumb blonde girl ) Now I admit I might not be the smartest person but I do know about cars . Well after I called him on his prices and told him what I knew he called in another saleman. Well then we talked and I informed him of what I knew and was even able to produce paperwork to prove my point he told me that basically he couldn't help me and I just needed to go elsewhere to purchase a car . And also told me that the prices I had in my mind was not doable . Well I came home and looked on the internet and first lie I caught him was the rebate he offered me it was half of what the other dealerships showed. Then he made a mistake and told me what the invoice price on the car was after he said he was offering me the invoice price. Well basically I told I would be glad to purchase a car from another dealership and would not speak highly of Capital Toyota any longer.

So just in case you are looking to purchase a new car PLEASE don't go to Capital Toyota to get one.
And on top of that he told me I should go buy a Chevrolet or a Pontiac.
