HORTON
My son finally had a outing for spring break , since he had to have
surgery he spent the week recovering but today we finally got out of the
house .
We went to see Horton Hears a Who. I must say that I was
impressed with the movie. Of course I love Dr Suess even though I
do not like Green Eggs and Ham in a box or with a fox . I highly
recommend going to see Horton
even if you don't have kids, I think you would enjoy it . And if you go and
see it I hope you don't come out of the movie sounding like I did today where
I thought everything needed to sound like a Dr Suess book .

ANOTHER NEW FIND
Today I received my first order from Vista Print. This company offers
all sorts of personlized items like sticky notes, ink pens, business cards,
return labels and other stuff along that line .Well today my first order came
in and I must say I am so happy with my products . So if you need some
personal stationery items why not try them out. Everything I got today was
free and I only had to pay the shipping cost which was actually cheap
to me . And the best thing is that they accept paypal.

EARLY BIRTHDAY GIFT .
Oh I have to show you my early birthday gift I received . I will be turning the
big 40 in a few days and a couple days ago I got an early birthday gift .
And I wanted to share it with everyone.
So all there is left to say is Happy Birthday to me !!!!! Early..

PROJECT COMPLETED
Some of you may or may not know but I have taken up a new hobby of
hand quilting. I have completed several quilts for friends, to give as gifts
and just for fun . I have been using a small frame made from PVC pipe
well while looking on the internet I saw a larger one that sits on the floor
and has a extra large quilting area. Well good lord the want 80.00 plus
dollars for one , not worth that for sure . So while I had a few days off
I decided to create my own frame from PVC pipe , I mean it seemed
easy enough to do . So today I took off to Lowe's to see what they had to
use to make just what I had in mind , well after searching thru the PVC
pipe and actually came across everything I needed to create my new larger
PVC quilting frame .
These are not the best photos in the world but maybe you can tell a little bit about it . So now I will be able to complete my quilts quicker or at least that is my story and I am sticking to it ...

STRANGE NEWS
On my way to work I heard a real strange news story , somewhere
in Kansas a woman was stuck to a toilet and it appears she has been
staying in the bathroom of a mobile home for the past 2 years. Well after
getting to work I decided to investigate into the story a little deeper . Well
it appears she had some strange phobia and would not come out fo the
bathroom - she bathed, dressed , ate , slept and as the report stated
had a normal relationship with her boyfriend ( didn't really want to know
all that meant used my imaganation on that part) but the boyfriend would
bring her food, water and clean clothes to the bathroom . Now I honestly
can imagine someone having that type of phobia so bad that they want to
stay in a mobile home bathroom , I meant those can be extra tiny .
Anyway just check out the story and feel free to post any comments would
like to know what others folks think about this bizarre event.

UPDATED
Today I thought I would give my blog an updated look . So I picked out some
by uplifting colors that I thought might give me an energy boost . And I must
say that the bright pink just makes me feel happy all over so I guess that
was a good thing or at least I think it was . Hope you guys enjoy the new
updated look as much as I do .

SURVIVAL ....MAYBE
What a crazy week I have had and afraid it is still not over by a long shot.
I have not blogged in a few days , mainly one I have nothing really to say
and second I have going and going like the silly pink bunny . My son is
going to have surgery on Friday , so I am trying to get all my work done
ahead of time since I will be taking a few days off even though I am
able to do some of the stuff from home. Then our regional boss gave me
a semi large amount of new work to handle , so I told him that it needed to
come with a semi-large addition to my paycheck . Then today I took back a
job that was suppose to be handled in our home office but they seemed to
royally screw it up , so I told them to give it back . Mainly to keep the drivers
happy and me not taking a trip to Atlanta to smack our safety guy.
OMG the best news of all I have a wonderful new male friend that I have a
feeling will become more as time goes by . Or at least I would like that to happen .
So wish my luck on all the upcoming stuff and if you here about a woman
going crazy on a safety guy in Atlanta don't worry it is just me .....

ANOTHER NEW THING
I have to admit I am not a very smart computer person , I mean yes I
can surf the net and do a few other things but I am for sure a techinal
challenged person. But this week I decided to use a new way of shopping
so I turned to Ebay One reason
being that my friend Sabrina always seems to find some really great
things on there at really great prices. So I started looking over it and
found some really cute polka dot flip-flop and was even able to pay
using my Paypal account which is another new things I have started
using . Now I have several itemsI am watching ( that is a neat idea
to me.) And hoping that I am able to win them . One of them is a
really cute Vera Bradley mini wallet. So wish me lots of luck on
winning it . Oh and the other reason being that instead of going out to the
mall and making hasty decision on something Ebay gives me the chance
to stop and think about what I am buying so in the long run I bet I save a
dollar or maybe 2. Except on clothes have to go out and try that stuff on and
see in person.
